Therapy that meets you where you are

Therapy is collaborative, supportive process designed around your unique experiences and goals. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or simply feeling overwhelmed, this is a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to move forward with clarity.

I offer individual therapy for people aged 13-65, with specialized focus and training in the following areas:

Women's Mental Health- Perinatal and Postpartum Support

Pregnancy and early parenthood can bring both joy and unexpected emotional challenges. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or not like yourself, which can be difficult to talk about.

You are not alone, and you are not failing.

I support women and female-identified people through:

  • Pregnancy-related anxiety and mood changes

  • Postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD

  • Identity shifts in motherhood

  • Birth trauma and adjustment challenges

  • Balancing personal needs with caregiving

This space is here for you to be honest, supported, and gently guided back to yourself.

First Responders and Military Personnel

You’ve been trained to stay strong and push through, but that doesn’t mean you have to carry everything on your own.

First responders and military personnel often face intense, high-stress experiences that can impact mental and emotional well-being over time. Whether you’re currently serving or transitioning into civilian life, therapy can offer a space to process, decompress, and reset.

I provide support for:

  • Chronic stress and burnout

  • Trauma and critical incident exposure

  • Emotional numbness or irritability

  • Relationship strain

  • Difficulty “turning off” or relaxing

This work is grounded in respect, confidentiality, and lived experience of the unique culture and demands of these roles. I am also able to offer support to spouses and children of those working in this high-demand profession.

Late-Diagnosed Neurodivergence

Receiving a diagnosis, of even beginning to suspect you may be neurodivergent later in life, can bring a mix of relief, confusion, and self-reflection.

You may be rethinking your past, your identity, and how you move through the world.

I work with folks exploring or navigating:

  • ADHD, autism, OCD, or other forms of neurodivergence

  • Masking and Burnout

  • Sensory sensitivity and overwhelm

  • Self-understanding and identity development

  • Navigating relationships and work environments

Our work together focuses on self-acceptance, practical tools, and building a life that aligns with how your mind naturally works.

Additional Areas of Support

In addition to my specialties, I also work with:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Life transitions and identity changes

  • Relationship challenges

  • Self-esteem and personal growth
