Insurance and Self-Pay Options
In-Network Insurance
I am in-network with the following insurances:
Most Blue Cross/Blue Shield Plans (including Regence and Premera), Lifewise, Kaiser, and FirstChoice Health
Self-Pay/Out of Network
If I am not in-network with your insurance, we can discuss private pay options and out-of-network benefits. Some insurances will reimburse you for sessions with an out-of-network provider; I am happy to provide a superbill for you to apply for those benefits.
Sliding Scale
I offer up to 3 sliding scale spots (fees less than my current rates) at a time based on income eligibility. Contact me for more information on whether or not I have spots currently available.
Rates
Intake
Our first session is called an intake session. In this first 60 minutes, we will go over your history and current support systems to give a rough idea of where to start. We may also engage in goal planning and getting to know each other.

Regular Sessions
Regular sessions can go anywhere from 30-60+ minutes and beyond if needed. In this time, we will meet regularly to discuss progress in goals and adjust our treatment plan accordingly.

Other Services
I am able to write letters for Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), FMLA documentation, accommodation letters for work/school, and Letters for Gender Affirming Care. I will attempt to do this during a regularly scheduled session, and will discuss if additional time is needed to ensure accuracy and privacy in these sets of documentation.
I am able to prepare documents for court cases, if needed. This may also come at an additional fee which we can discuss.
