About me.

Hi! I’m Ashlie Thacker (she/her).

If you’re struggling with the ongoing challenges of managing a mood or anxiety disorder, being a parent to a newborn, or feeling like the demands of your work or professional life have become too much…. you are in the right place.

I’ve been working in the field of mental health since 2020 (yes- the middle of the pandemic). I use a person-centered, strengths-based, relational approach with all of my clients. You may be asking, what does this mean? To put it simply, I offer a no-bs, real-life approach to walking with you through your life story. I don’t blunt my emotions or reactions- what you see is what you get.

This style of therapy and therapeutic relationship is not for everyone; however, if we are not a good fit, I will do everything in my power to find you a therapist who is.

I am happy to share more about my professional background and educational experiences during our time together. I’m looking forward to meeting you!

A bit more about Ashlie

I’m native to the PNW (Eastern Oregon), a mom to a 4 y/o, a military kid, and devoted Mariners fan. When I’m not in the office, I’m either on a softball field, at a Mariners game, or spending time with my family. I enjoy binge-watching sitcoms as well as reading novels of varying genres.
